Who You Are:

Our team is seeking talented and creative individuals to join our dynamic team as Body Actors for both speaking and non-speaking roles within an engaging Minecraft roleplay setting. Ideal candidates should possess a strong passion for storytelling, a keen understanding of Minecraft gameplay mechanics, and the ability to convey emotions and actions through character movement and interaction within the game. Whether you are voicing a character or bringing one to life silently, your contribution will be crucial in creating immersive and compelling narratives that captivate our audience.

Your Responsibilities and Skills:

• Follow Scripts Accurately: Carefully adhere to detailed scripts for both speaking and non-speaking roles, ensuring the storyline progresses as planned.
• Scene Collaboration: Collaborate with other actors and the director to help the main character achieve the desired outcome for each scene, contributing to a cohesive and engaging narrative.
• Improvise When Necessary: Use improvisation skills to adapt to unexpected changes or to enhance a scene, while staying true to the character and story.
• Voice Acting (for speaking roles): Provide clear and expressive voice work that matches the character’s personality and current emotional state.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from directors and peers to refine performances and contribute to the overall quality of the production.
• Time Management: Attend scheduled recordings and rehearsals on time, demonstrating professionalism and respect for the production schedule.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others towards a common creative vision.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills, especially important for speaking roles and collaborating with the team.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Minecraft, including its controls, mechanics, and potential for storytelling within the game.
• Time Management: Capability to manage one’s schedule and priorities to meet deadlines and attend all necessary sessions.

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of Minecraft experience, specificity game mechanics and how to play the game.
• Experience working in similar environments with a heavy emphasis on Adlib and “on the spot” acting.
• Be available for all recording sessions (Usually 7 days notice is provided)
• Must have a good quality Mic and gaming setup to run our beefy .Minecrafts
• English speaking (Fluent and clear) is a must
• Up to date knowledge on current trends on YouTube
• Preferable Additional Skills
• Proven track record working for large channels doing similar roles
• A decent understanding of Minecraft Mods and how they work would be ideal
